It is clear to everyone where the sovereign territories of Armenia are located. Our position has not changed. Vahan Kostanyan, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, stated this, speaking with reporters Thursday.
"We are waiting for the CSTO to make a political assessment of the fact that the sovereign territories of Armenia have been occupied [by Azerbaijan], in particular, in September 2022," added the Armenian deputy FM.
