Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will not participate in the in the meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the CSTO member states, which will be held Friday in Almaty, the capital of Kazakhstan. Ani Badalyan, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, announced this in response to Armenpress' question.

In February, Armenia announced the suspension of its membership in the CSTO, and later declined to pay its membership fee to this organization.

And on June 12, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, during his remarks at the National Assembly, did not rule out that Armenia could leave the CSTO in the future.
