Hraparak daily of Armenia writes as follows, in part: Armenia has bought 36 Caesar self-propelled artillery units from France, which has caused a great commotion in Azerbaijan, great joy in Armenia.

Experts praise howitzers: they are remote, have a flexible fire control system, are accurate, etc.

But some say that signing a contract is one thing, delivering weapons to Armenia is another thing.

In addition, one must have personnel capable of using artillery means, integrate [them] into your system. It is indispensable to have at least 2,000-3,000 shells for each artillery item, and according to NATO standards—6,000 shells. That is, if you have 30 cannons, you should have 180 thousand shells.
