About a month ago, the Azerbaijani base withdrew from the delimited sector of the Berkaber- Ghizilhajili border. Tigran Harutyunyan, the head of Berkaber village of Armenia’s Tavush Province, informed Armenian News-NEWS.am about this.
"As far as I remember, it was in July, in the middle of the month. Now the Armenian border guards are in that sector," added Harutyunyan.
