There are several important directions for the development of cooperation between Armenia, Russia, BRICS, and SCO. Maxim Kuznetsov, Chairman of the Russian-Asian Business Council, author of the Telegram channel “Turn to the East,” and Advisor to the President of the National Coordination Center for International Business Cooperation, stated this at the international forum, entitled "New Horizons of Cooperation between Armenia and EAEU with BRICS and SCO," which is being held in Yerevan.
According to him, one of the aforesaid directions is primarily foreign trade. BRICS and SCO, as well as EAEU countries, are developing dynamically, so new buyers should be found in those markets. EAEU is a single market, it is easier that way. In the case of BRICS and SCO, there is a peculiarity, bearing in mind that we are talking about different countries and, accordingly, different markets, but the products may be in demand in the local markets.
Then, Kuznetsov spoke about drawing investments. He focused on several aspects while working with Asian colleagues. For example, to carefully check suppliers in terms of reliability, and not to neglect personal relationships.
"If you are invited to dinner, definitely go. And remember that in the East they rarely say no, but if they didn't say no to you, it doesn't mean yes," said the expert.
