Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received the newly appointed ambassador of Estonia to Armenia, Marge Mardisalu-Kahar, the PM’s press service informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The premier congratulated the ambassador on taking the aforesaid office, and expressed the hope that Armenia-Estonia cooperation will continue to develop and expand during her tenure. Also, Pashinyan underscored the active political dialogue and the deepening of relations between the two countries in the economy and other domains. In addition, the Armenian PM emphasized the role of Estonia in the development of cooperation between Armenia and the European Union (EU) as well as in implementing reforms in Armenia.
In turn, Ambassador Mardisalu-Kahar expressed her gratitude for the warm welcome and stressed the interest of the Estonian government in enhancing the collaboration with Armenia. n that regard, the Estonian diplomat highlighted the paying of bilateral high-level mutual visits.
Subsequently, the interlocutors exchanged views on Armenia-EU relations, as well as on matters of regional importance.
