I am aware of what proposals it is about, but I would not like to reveal their content until we have an official response, Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan told reporters Wednesday—and referring to the latest proposals sent by Armenia to Azerbaijan.

"We have said that we are not conducting negotiations, but we have submitted proposals," said Grigoryan.

Speaking about Azerbaijan’s statements about the "Zangezur corridor," the Armenian deputy PM said: "We have repeated many times that there are red lines that are simply impossible to cross. I don't even want to discuss and comment on that. Such a thing simply will not happen. If it is being talked about continuously, we are continuously repeating also that Armenia wants and is ready to unblock under very simple but very dogmatic rules: under sovereignty and jurisdiction.”

According to Grigoryan, they still do not have an agreement with Azerbaijan on the date of the next meeting of the border delimitation commissions of the two countries.

"But I think there will be a meeting in the near future because there was an agreement during the discussion, approval phases of the regulation that we should meet and continue the work after the regulation comes into force. There is an agreement with the jointly approved regulation, and we do not give any comments outside of the press releases." said the deputy premier of Armenia.

Mher Grigoryan, however, did not respond when asked where the border delimitation will take place next, and whether Armenia can propose that it take place at the Azerbaijani-occupied territories of Armenia.

"I cannot comment on anything else that is not public and is related to the border delimitation process because I am constrained and limited," he said.
