YEREVAN. – Shushanik Suvaryan, 74, died in the hospital as a result of the major accident occurred at 5.15 p.m. on Gyumri-Yerevan highway on Wednesday.

Armenian News-NEWS.am earlier reported that a mini bus overturned on Gyumri-Yerevan highway on Wednesday. The driver of the mini bus, heading from Gyumri to capital Yerevan, is Gagik Nikoyan (born in 1960). Eleven people, including children, got bodily injuries and were taken to hospital, said head of Shirak region’s rescuer department Marat Saribekyan.

40-year-old Gayane Avagyan’s health condition is critical, Armenian News-NEWS.am correspondent reports. Armine Mkhitaryan, 32, Shushan Sardaryan, 73, Karine Beyburtyan, 43, Kristine Suvaryan, 29, Varuzhan Bisharyan, 26, Arevik Movsisyna, 43, father and daughter Khachatur and Hasmik Abrahamyans and Mane Khachatryan, 6, are among the injured.
