Turkish Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz met with the vice chairman of Turkmenistan's Council of Ministers to discuss topics related to energy connections between Turkey and Central Asian countries.
Yılmaz also touched on the Zangezur Road, the Turkish IHA news agency reported.
