STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Army conscript Gevorg Yeghiazaryan, 19, received a gunshot wound, from the bullet fired by the adversary, at a position located at the northeasterly (Martakert) defense direction of the line of contact of the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces, NKR Defense Army Press Service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. 

The conscript was immediately taken to military hospital. An investigation is underway. 

According to information which Armenian News-NEWS.am received, the soldier was wounded while on duty at the military base. He received injuries to his neck and mouth.
