By the decision of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, a delegation will travel to Bahrain, led by Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan.

Following the Bahrain visit, Armen Grigoryan will travel to Brussels.

According to the decision:

  1. Armen Grigoryan and Security Council Secretary’s Assistant Sevak Ghahramanyan will be sent to the 21st Regional Security Conference organized by the International Institute for Strategic Studies in Bahrain (Manama Dialogue 2025) from October 30 to November 1, 2025. Security Council Secretary’s Adviser Mikayel Avetisyan will also attend from October 30 to November 2, 2025.

  2. For participation in the “Crossroads of Peace” project conference organized by Rasmus Global Consulting ApS, Armen Grigoryan (from Bahrain), Security Council Secretary’s Adviser Konstantin Ghazaryan, and Assistant Sevak Ghahramanyan (from Bahrain) will be sent to Brussels, Belgium, from November 2 to 3, 2025.

  3. The Prime Minister’s Office of Armenia will ensure reimbursement of travel expenses for the delegation (accommodation costs based on actual documented expenses).

  4. Accommodation expenses in Bahrain will be covered by the inviting party.

  5. The Security Council Secretary must submit all legally required reports on the travel to the Prime Minister’s Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia within three working days after returning.
