Armenia wants to sign a strategic partnership document with Iran, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced at a press briefing Thursday.
Pashinyan lauded the dynamic development of Yerevan’s relations with Tehran. “Our relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran are at a very high level, and we have a desire also to sign a strategic partnership document with Iran,” the Armenian premier added.
To note, Armenia signed a strategic partnership charter with the United States in early 2025, and recently—a strategic partnership agenda with the European Union.
