YEREVAN. - The opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) Political Board’s session, which was scheduled for Wednesday, and during which ANC’s proportional list was to be approved for the upcoming parliamentary election, did not take place, Hraparak daily writes.   

“In all probability, ANC’s select few are unable to prepare an agreed list, as there are many resentful people, and they [ANC elite] decided to postpone the crucial moment,” Hraparak writes.
