American millionaire Thomas Hartmann will spend two months in prison for beating Georgian dancer Sophia Kandelaki.

 The incident took place in the one of Italian restaurants in Manhattan in 2011.

Forty- two-years old Hartman argued with Kandelaki and slapped her in the face.

The prosecutors insisted that he did it deliberately, while lawyers of millionaire asserted that Kandelaki tried to rob their client.

Thomas Hartman could hardly hold back tears when he knew that they are sending him to prison.

Before becoming a businessman he had already been in prison twice, ITAR-TASS reports.
