We are the biggest stakeholder that Iran and the US come to an agreement with each other, and that Iran emerges from this war with greater leverage. Robert Kocharyan, the second president of Armenia and the candidate for prime minister of the opposition "Armenia" bloc, stated this during the "Big Politics" podcast.

"If this also means a review of the sanctions [on Iran]—their elimination or a sharp easing, then this will open up new opportunities for economic relations with Iran. Of course, it will take time for Iran to normalize its relations with Arab countries. But I have no doubt that all this will be restored very soon, and here a great opportunity will open up for us [i.e. Armenia] in terms of economic cooperation with Iran. I consider this scenario very likely. It is very predictable that the Trump administration will lose [the majority in the US] Congress by fall already and the next two or three years will simply be years of defending against impeachment," Kocharyan added.
