YEREVAN. – Poverty rate in Armenia has reached 35.8% and about one third of the poor are working, Armenia’s Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Arthur Grigoryan said in the parliament on Wednesday.

According to him, both the high rates of poverty and the presence of working poor people arise concern.

“In 2012 the Ministry will focus on social problems,” the Minister informed.
