Four customers filed a lawsuit against Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian demanding $5 million for false diet pills.  

The dieters bought QuickTrim diet pills promoted by the Kardashians and found out they did not have any effect.

The FDA has already tested the pills and found that the main ingredient was an outsized dose of caffeine, eonline.com reports.

The Kardashians have been promoting the bill since 2009 brining the company profit of $45 million.

The family of TV stars has not yet commented on lawsuit.
