YERERVAN. – A person by the name of Nelson Zuroyan, who is unfamiliar for the Armenian society, has appeared in the fifth spot of the ruling coalition’s Rule of Law Party’s proportional list for upcoming parliamentary elections, Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun (CI) daily writes.     

“According to CI’s information, this person is originally from [Armenia’s] Lori [Region], and some time ago he had left for France to study. They say [lady] luck smiled on him, and the latter was even able to become a citizen of France. According to our information, he still is a citizen of France, but, pursuant to Armenia’s law, foreign citizens cannot take part in Armenia’s elections,” Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun writes.
