YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Education and Science Ministry will comprehensively reflect on the facts presented in the Human Rights Defender’s (HRD) assessment report.

Education and Science Minister Armen Ashotyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am that a part of the problems presented in the report were either solved, or are being solved, over the course of years.

“Unfortunately, the other part of the problems exiting in our system still awaits its final solution,” Ashotyan noted and added: “The reflection on the field of education in HRD’s report seems not only juridical, but inclusive as well; and it was interesting for us to read that non-professional view. Our comprehensive consideration of the matters noted in the report is being prepared and it will be presented to the public in a foreseeable future. ”

To note, Armenia’s Ombudsman Karen Andreasyan has presented evaluations on several administrations, and pointed to their accomplishments and shortfalls.
