YEREVAN. – Local organizations, accredited in the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) for monitoring the parliamentary elections, will pass a special exam on Apr. 1-9, CEC spokesperson Hermine Harutyunyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

If passing the exam successfully, they will receive a certificate valid for three years.

The All Armenian Youth Foundation (1159 observers), Club of Young Diplomats (1477) and Let us restore our village (1960) are among the 8 out of 15 NGOs to pass the exam. The other seven organizations already have the necessary certificate.
