The Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II presided over a medal award ceremony, which was held at the Holy See of Saint Etchmiadzin on Sunday.

The Saint Etchmiadzin Cathedral’s choir soloist Valeri Arutyunov and Shoghakat Television Company’s staff member Anahit Abovyan were awarded the Armenian Apostolic Church’s “Saint Sahak-Saint Mesrop” and the “Saint Nerses Shnorhali [the Gracious]” medals of honor for their patriotic and church-devoted activities.     

Catholicos Karekin II personally handed the Armenian Church’s awards to their recipients.
