YEREVAN. – The US dollar continued its downward trend against the Armenian dram (AMD) on Wednesday, too.

Its average exchange rate comprised AMD 391/$1, at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, and this is a 0.14-percent—or an AMD 0.53—drop from Tuesday’s trading session.

The total sales were $2.5 million.

Even though no substantial changes were recorded in Armenia’s cash foreign market, there are no more exchange offices which any longer buy the dollar at an exchange rate higher than AMD 390/$1. But its selling exchange rate still does not drop any less than AMD 392/$1.
