YEREVAN. – Upper echelons of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) are designing a scenario toward yet again splitting a ministry, Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun daily writes.

“This refers to the Energy and Natural Resources Ministry which, according to the alternative envisioned by the authorities, can easily become two separate ministries.

The upper authorities are convinced that RPA-member Minister Armen Movsisyan can still successfully manage the energy sector.

And someone else, certainly somebody with an RPA origin, [and] who does not have personal interests in the mining industry, will be appointed Natural Resources Minister,” Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun writes.
