TBILISI. – The European Development and Investment Fund for Eastern Europe (EDIFEE) will allocate €470 million as an investment in the environmental and energy sectors of Armenia, Georgia, and Azerbaijan.

This decision was approved last week, and the amount will be provided within 36 months, Gruzia Online news agency of Georgia reports.       

“The allocating of investments for Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan was implemented after a detailed analysis of the needs of these countries. These investments will create the best infrastructure and services for the majority of these countries,” the investors’ memorandum states in particular.
