YEREVAN. – Armenia’s President Serzh Sargsyan, who summoned the new ministers to the Presidential Palace on Friday, drew certain lines beyond which the ministers should not cross, Hraparak daily writes.

“First, ‘do not look around you,’ ‘do not set your eye on anything.’ Second, not carrying out a staff ‘massacre;’ any change must be highly reasoned; it is preferable that no changes be made at all, exhorted Serzh Sargsyan.

If we consider that all the new ministers are appointed along the ‘circles’ of the positions renounced by the [Prosperous Armenia Party] PAP, the PAP-members working at the ministries [now] can breathe easily because the constructive directive of not carrying out a ‘staff massacre’ referred to them in the first place,” Hraparak writes.
