YEREVAN. – Luxembourg’s Deputy PM and FM Jean Asselborn paid a visit to the Armenian Genocide Memorial, laid a wreath beside the eternal flame, and paid his respects to memory of the innocent victims of the Genocide.  

Subsequently, Jean Asselborn toured the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, where he got familiar with the Museum’s exhibits and wrote the following in the Museum’s official guestbook: 

“This tragedy of the Armenian people will never be forgotten. It is necessary to forever keep the memory of the innocent victims and to tell about them to the coming generations.”  

As Armenian News-NEWS.am informed earlier, during his stay in the capital city Yerevan, Asselborn will be received by President Serzh Sargsyan and PM Tigran Sargsyan.

Also, the Armenian and Luxembourgian FMs will conduct talks and hold a joint news conference.
