YEREVAN. – Chairman of CoE Congress of Local and Regional Authorities pays tribute to Armenian Genocide victims Herwig van Staa on Monday visited the Memorial to the Armenian Genocide (photos).

Herwig van Staa has arrived in Armenia to participate in the international conference, titled “Participatory Democracy at Local Level” and the session of the Bureau of CoE Congress of Local and Regional Authorities.
