YEREVAN. – Armenia has been included in the list of countries that are eligible to export honey to European Union (EU) countries.

The Armenian Agriculture Ministry State Service on Food Safety informed the aforesaid citing the EU official monthly. 

The EU Directorate-General for Health and Consumers (DG SANCO) has approved Armenia’s “Plan on the Quantity of Residue in Honey and Beekeeping Products,” which is a prerequisite for honey exports.
