On June, a regular meeting of the Subcommsiion on trade, economy and relevant legal issues on Armenia-EU cooperation opened in Yerevan.

Head of the European Commission Delegation to Armenia, Ambassador Raul de Luzenberger said the talks on the Armenia-EU association agreement are very productive. The European official did not rule out the agreement might be concluded within the shortest period.

In his turn, RA Deputy Economy Minister Mushegh Tovmasyan said the cooperation will introduce European standards to the country’s everyday life and economy.

Armenia’s macro-economic growth rate and the prospects of comprehensive development of bilateral relations are on the agenda as well.
