YEREVAN. – The Eurasian Economic Commission is not holding talks on free trade area with Turkey, member of the Commission, minister Andrey Slepnyov said.

“Neither Turkey, nor a member state of the Eurasian Economic Commission have sent a formal application,” he said.

Slepnyov recalled that Turkey forms a common customs area with EU, and this means Ankara has limited opportunity to establish independent free trade areas with the third countries.
