The protesters said they are not going to have any contacts with the police. At the same time several activists began holding negotiations with Deputy Chief of Yerevan police Valery Osipyan. However, the rest asked not to hold talks on behalf of the protesters.

If the law is violated, the police will use special measures to disperse the rally, Osipyan told reporters.
