YEREVAN. - Armenia will allow using home solar panels and selling the power excess to the network. The corresponding bill was introduced in the Armenian Parliament today.

Introducing the bill, Deputy Minister of Energy, Areg Galstyan, stated that natural persons, who install solar stations with less than 150 kW, will be able to supply energy to the common network.

Their electricity bills will be written off against the amount of the supply.  

As to the companies, in this context they will be exempted from income and profit taxes.
