Skoda Yeti 2-nd generation crossover, which will be presented in mid-2017, will be like a new 7-seat SUV Czech Kodiaq, reports the Autocar, referring to  Skoda chief designer Jozef Kaban. According to him the next generation Yeti will be an "elder brother", but not a copy of SUV Czech Kodiaq.

Yeti will have optics of Kodiaq, false radiator grille, and  front and rear parts of the car body. The model will also preserve its profile. Skoda Yeti crossover will be built based on the MQB modular platform, which was used for off-road Volkswagen Tiguan and Seat Ateca.
