Ohanyan- Raffi- Oskanian coalition list is prepared based on the work of the three leaders included into that block, said the Heritage party member Armen Martirosyan - who is the second candidate on the list- answering to the question whether the former commander of the NKR Defense Army Samvel Babayan was involved in preparing the block’s list.
