YEREVAN. – The procedure, according to which—as of Thursday—Russian citizens can travel to Armenia with internal passports, is in effect solely at Zvartnots International Airport in Armenia’s capital city of Yerevan, and Shirak International Airport in Gyumri, the second largest city of the country.

Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), Tigran Balayan, told about the above-said to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

To note, however, Georgia does not accept Russian citizens with internal passports, and therefore these persons will not be able to come to Armenia by land, via Georgia.
