YEREVAN. – The President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, signed a decree, pursuant to which Oleg Yesayan has been relieved from the office of Armenia’s ambassador to Russia.

And with another presidential decree, Vardan Toghanyan has been appointed Armenia’s new ambassador to Russia, the press office of the President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Toghanyan’s diplomatic residence will be in Moscow.
