Russia is going to carry out supplies of energy to Iran through exchange operations with the help of Armenia, CEO of Gazprom, Alexey Miller, noted on Wednesday, Gazeta reports.

“Armenia plans to build a high-voltage transmission line (HVTL), which will allow Russia to export energy to the Iranian market through exchange operations,” Miller said.

He also stressed that currently the modernization of the fifth block of Hrazdan TPP is completed.
