YEREVAN. – President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on Friday chaired a consultation on the preparation work of the 6^th Armenia-Diaspora Pan-Armenian Congress.

Stressing that the previous consultation of the Congress took place in 2014 and that in the course of these three years significant changes took place both in Armenia and Diaspora, as well as new challenges and possibilities emerged, the President noted that these circumstances should be comprehensively discussed during the upcoming congress.

Diaspora Minister Hranush Hakobyan presented the event program, regarding which the consultation participants presented their proposals and observations in order to hold the Congress on a high level and include all the important pan-Armenian issues on the agenda.

The President gave corresponding instructions.
