YEREVAN. -- The OSCE Minsk Group unbiasedly assessed the situation on the line of contact in Karabakh conflict area, which became a reason for different speculation, analyst Garnik Isagulyan told reporters on Thursday.

According to him, preservation of a ceasefire regime on the line of contact should not be a precondition, but an obligation in order to resolve the conflict.

“However, regardless of anything, aggression will be, because the Azerbaijani side is doing everything possible to change the agenda, before the start of the negotiation process,” the analyst noted.

At the same time, Isagulyan described the last meeting of FMs of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Brussels as extremely important, regardless of the results.
