YEREVAN. – A delegation from the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia, and led by NA President Ara Babloyan, will pay an official visit to Russia, from July 17 to 19.

In capital city Moscow, the delegation will meet with chairman Vyacheslav Volodin of the Russian State Duma, chairperson Valentina Matviyenko of the Russian Federation Council, and Patriarch Kirill I of Moscow and all Russia of the Russian Orthodox Church, the NA informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

In addition, the Armenian parliamentary delegation will visit the Holy Transfiguration Cathedral, the seat of the  Diocese of the Armenian Church of New Nakhichevan and Russia, lay a wreath at the tomb of the Unknown Soldier, and meet with local Armenian community representatives.
