US administration has developed two experimental strategies to resist North Korean missile attack on American territory, The New York Times reported.

The first approach involves stepped-up cyberattacks and other sabotage that would interfere with missile launches.

The second is an approach to blowing up the missiles in the “boost phase,” when they are slow-moving, highly visible targets.

US administration suggests using fighter jets and drones to knock down missiles, as well as interceptor missiles, designed to strike incoming nuclear weapons.

White House requested Congress for $ 4 billion to implement the experimental strategies.

Earlier, the Congress had already provided $ 8 billion to the Missile Defense Agency.
