Prince Harry and American actress Meghan Markle are now officially engaged, according to the twitter announcement of Clarence House, the Westminster residence of members of the Royal family.

“His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales is happy to announce the engagement of Prince Harry to Miss Meghan Markle. The wedding will take place in spring of 2018. Further details about the wedding day will be announced in due course”, says the announcement.

The statement notes that the engagement of Prince Harry and Megan Markle took place earlier this month, Prince Harry informed about to Her Royal Majesty and other close members of his family.
