Members of Ecuador’s embassy staff in London complained about the Wikileaks founder Julian Assange's “poor hygiene,” The Times reported.

According to the source, Assange does not wash properly. Jeremie Zimmerman, a friend and former colleague, wrote in 2012 that “unless the people around him force him to shower, he might not change his clothes for days.”

“Julian ate everything with his hands and he always wiped his fingers on his pants. I have never seen pants as greasy as his in my whole life,” said former WikiLeaks activist Daniel Domscheit-Berg.

Julian Assange lives in the embassy building since 2012, when he asked the Ecuadorian authorities for political asylum in order to avoid extradition to the United States. A few days ago, Assange became a citizen of Ecuador.
