YEREVAN. –Parliamentary diplomacy has a number of advantages as it is flexible, free, many-sided, and, at the same time, has more resources for involvement of society, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Foreign Relations of the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia, vice-chairman of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia Armen Ashotyan said in National Assembly on Tuesday.

However, according to him, this year they have a lot to do.

"Of course, traditional parliamentary activities, in particular, relations between delegations, should be continued in the future," Ashotyan said.

In addition, Ashotyan noted that, Armenian MPs should make more efforts for the fastest ratification of Armenia-EU Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement (CEPA) by EU member countries.
