YEREVAN.- Azerbaijan's recent behavior implies that Baku is not ready for progress in negotiations, Vice President of the National Assembly of Armenia Eduard Sharmazanov  told the reporters after the Executive Body meeting of the party, referring to the killing of an Armenian soldier by the  Azerbaijani side.

"The last shot which killed an Armenian soldier after the meeting with the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs and today's statement made by the Azerbaijani leadership also contradicts the logic included in Vienna, St. Petersburg agreements. If we expect progress, we must understand that it is impossible to make a breakthrough in the negotiation process without the realization of those agreements, "he said.
