US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un on Tuesday morning held a tête-à-tête in the lead-up to their extended summit in Singapore.

As it was planned, this private conversation lasted 45 minutes, reported RIA Novosti news agency of Russia.

At the summit, the American and North Korean delegations are expected to discuss the guarantees for a complete denuclearization and peace in the Korean Peninsula, and the avenues for normalizing US-North Korea relations.
