There are loan programs in Armenia, and which are not being implemented, have not even started, sometimes they are incomplete due to the not fulfilling of the obligations by others, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated at Thursday’s Cabinet session of the government.

In his words, Armenia, however, still makes payments for such loan programs.

“We need to grasp and discuss this situation in depth,” he added, in particular. “It’s a bizarre situation, at the very least.”
