Armenia’s First Deputy Prime Minister Ararat Mirzoyan has reflected on the wiretapped telephonic conversation between the National Security Service (NSS) director and the Special Investigation Service (SIS) head.

“You have crossed the line; the fine boundary between a political fight against the authorities and an anti-state activity,” Mirzoyan wrote on Facebook. “Well, authorities can lose; the state—no.”

As reported earlier, a voice recording was posted Tuesday on the internet, and where a conversation is heard between NSS Director Artur Vanetsyan and SIS Head Sasun Khachatryan. Sometime thereafter, these officials acknowledged that they really had a phone conversation and that the said voice recording was real.
