One of the rules of working in the negotiation process on Artsakh issue is announcing the day, time, and place of a meeting, in a coordinated manner.

Armenia’s Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, who is on a two-day working visit to the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic/NKR), on Monday told the above-said at a briefing with reporters. He noted this commenting on a possible meeting between him and his Azerbaijani counterpart, Elmar Mammadyarov.

“We remain faithful to the [Karabakh] peace negotiation process,” Mnatsakanyan said. “This is a continuous process.

“I respect the rules for working in such a process; and one of those rules is also announcing the day, time, place of the meeting, in a coordinated manner.

“Rest assured that all that will be done in a coordinated manner itself, and, naturally, it will be accessible to everyone.”
