YEREVAN.- For the first time, none of the political forces participating in the Council of Elders of Yerevan puts on a show, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan  said during the rally of "My step" bloc in the Malatia-Sebastia district.

According to him, these are the first elections in the history of Armenia, when the authorities do not negotiate with other political forces on how to divide the political field.

"The government or the ruling political force is struggling with other political forces for every vote. This is a feature of the current election campaign,"Pashinyan assured, adding that the outcome of the elections will be determined on September 23.
